Lymphatic & Facial MassageThree Gentle Ways to Choose
Choose full-body lymphatic massage, feather-light facial lymphatic massage or soothing facial gua sha—each explained clearly on this page.
Start here: Use the three service choices above to jump directly to the treatment that interests you, then book from that service section.
Gentle Full-Body Lymphatic Care
Choose this service when the arms, torso or legs feel puffy, tired or heavy. Tell us your priority areas and we will adjust the sequence and pressure.
Puffy-Looking or Tired Face
For mornings, stressful weeks or long screen days when the face and jaw feel full, tense or tired.
Common focus: face, jawline, sides of neck and collarbone.
Heavy or Sluggish Feeling
For days when the arms, torso or legs feel less comfortable, puffy or slow after sitting, travel or inactivity.
Common focus: neck, upper chest, abdomen, thighs and lower legs.
Easily Tired or Overstimulated
Slow rhythmic touch can create a quieter massage experience when stress, poor sleep or a busy schedule leaves you drained.
Common focus: neck, chest, abdomen, back and feet.
Compressed From Sitting
Long desk hours, studying, flights and driving can leave the neck, upper chest, hips and legs feeling tight together.
Common focus: neck and shoulders plus hips, thighs and calves.
These descriptions are wellness concerns, not medical diagnoses. New, sudden, painful or one-sided swelling should be medically evaluated before massage.
Where the Session Can Focus
Every area is optional. Your therapist confirms the plan first and uses professional draping throughout the session.
Light, Calm and Unhurried
- Neck & CollarboneGentle strokes around the sides of the neck and collarbone area.
- Upper ChestLight work over appropriate upper-chest areas, only with consent and secure draping.
- AbdomenSlow, comfortable hand movements for a softer, less guarded feeling.
- Front of ThighsLight-to-medium work for legs that feel heavy after sitting or travel.
Flow Plus Muscle Relaxation
- Neck & ShouldersGentle or medium pressure for desk-built tension.
- Upper & Lower BackLonger strokes to relax back muscles without aggressive pressure.
- Hips & GlutesOptional muscle-focused work when the hips feel tight from sitting.
- Back of LegsCalm work through the hamstrings and calves for a lighter-feeling finish.
Gentle Flow or More Muscle Relief
Lymphatic massage does not have to feel exactly the same for every guest. We personalize the rhythm and pressure around your comfort.
Light Lymphatic Flow
Very gentle, slow and rhythmic. Best when the body feels sensitive, puffy or overstimulated.
Medium-Pressure Bodywork
Combines a calm lymphatic rhythm with moderate muscle relaxation through the back, shoulders, hips or legs.
Half Lymphatic + Half Pain Relief
Divide the session between gentle body flow and focused neck, shoulder or back massage. Best with 90 or 120 minutes.
All sessions are hands-on and machine-free. Strong pressure is not required for lymphatic-style work.
Make the Session Fit Your Day
Add warmth, face relaxation or a pain-relief focus without turning the appointment into a complicated menu.
Lymphatic Massage + Hot Stone
Hot stone warmth can help the back and shoulders settle while the rest of the session stays slow and gentle.
Best for: stress, cold or tight muscles, and deeper relaxation.
Facial Lymphatic Relaxation
Focused hands-on work for the face, jawline, sides of the neck and collarbone when the face looks puffy or feels tired.
Best for: face and neck relaxation. Add it to 90 or 120 minutes for body + face.
Lymphatic Flow + Pain Massage
Use part of the appointment for gentle lymphatic work and the remaining time for a stubborn neck, shoulder or back area.
Best for: guests who want to feel both calmer and less tight.
One Area, Two Areas or Full Body
Short sessions stay focused. Choose 90 or 120 minutes when you want more areas, full-body relaxation or a split lymphatic and pain-relief plan.
One Main Focus
For one main area, or two connected small areas. This is not the best choice for a complete full-body session.
- Face + neck focus
- Front-body focus
- Back or leg focus
Two Areas + More Relaxation
Enough time for two priority areas plus a broader body rhythm. Recommended when several areas feel connected.
- Front + back body
- Body + facial add-on
- Half lymphatic + half pain relief
Complete Full-Body Reset
Best when you want the front and back body, face or neck, and a pain-relief area without rushing.
- Full-body lymphatic rhythm
- More muscle-relief time
- Deepest overall relaxation

Lymphatic & Facial Massage FAQs
Is this a medical detox treatment?
No. Avy Spa provides non-medical wellness massage. We do not diagnose fluid retention, treat lymphedema or claim to remove toxins. The goal is relaxation and a lighter, less puffy feeling.
Should I choose light or medium pressure?
Choose light work when the body feels sensitive or overstimulated. Choose medium-pressure bodywork when you also want muscle relaxation through the back, shoulders, hips or legs.
Can the therapist work on the front of the body?
Yes, when appropriate and only with your consent. The neck, collarbone, upper chest, abdomen and front of the thighs can be included with professional draping. You may skip any area.
Can I book half lymphatic massage and half pain relief?
Yes. We recommend 90 or 120 minutes so the therapist can keep a calm lymphatic rhythm and still give enough time to the neck, shoulders, back or another priority area.
What should I book when my face feels puffy?
Add Facial Lymphatic Relaxation for focused work around the face, jawline, neck and collarbone. Choose 90 or 120 minutes when you want both body and face work.
Can I add hot stone?
Yes. The $15 hot stone add-on can be integrated into the back or shoulder portion for warmth and muscle relaxation while the rest of the session remains gentle.
Is 60 minutes enough for full body?
Sixty minutes is best for one main focus or two connected small areas. Choose 90 or 120 minutes for more complete front-and-back body relaxation.
What is the difference between facial lymphatic massage and facial gua sha?
Facial lymphatic massage uses feather-light hand movements around the face, jawline, neck and collarbone. Facial gua sha uses a smooth tool with gentle strokes across the jaw, cheeks, temples and brow.
Which facial service should I choose?
Choose Facial Lymphatic Massage when puffiness or a heavy, tired feeling is your main concern. Choose Facial Gua Sha Massage when you prefer soothing tool work for jaw tension, screen fatigue and facial relaxation.
