Can I get a physical gift card or use it toward a different service?
Yes. Please contact us to ask about physical gift-card options and current pricing. If the recipient changes to another eligible service or adds another guest, the gift card can be applied toward the new total. If the total is more than the gift card’s remaining balance, the difference may be paid with another accepted payment method.

Can an unused balance be used later?
Any eligible balance remaining on a dollar-value gift card can be applied toward a future visit. Current redemption terms appear at checkout.
How do I send the gift card?

How does the recipient book?
They can book an eligible massage in Palo Alto online, select an available time and enter the gift-card number during checkout.
Does the gift card include gratuity?
