Before you book
A few helpful answers.
How are Deep Tissue and Swedish different?
Both are full-body massages. Deep Tissue uses firmer pressure for guests who enjoy stronger work. Swedish uses light to medium pressure and flowing strokes for full-body relaxation. Your therapist adjusts either approach to your comfort.
What if one particular area is my main concern?
Choose Neck Acupressure for the neck and upper shoulders, Back Focus through Sports Recovery for the lower back, hips and legs, or Hot Stone for comforting warmth with back massage. The 60, 90 and 120 minute buttons under each service open that specific appointment.
Where do the focused service and add-on links go?
Neck Acupressure, Back Focus and Hot Stone each have direct booking buttons for their own 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions. Thai Stretching and Cupping open their dedicated service pages. If you prefer either as an optional add-on, select it on the booking form for your full-body massage.
Do I need an add-on, and which length should I choose?
An add-on is optional. Both base massages already include full-body care. Choose 60 minutes for a classic reset, 90 minutes for extra attention, or 120 minutes for a slower session. We recommend 90 or 120 minutes when you want more time to settle in.
