Our Services
Avy Spa provides massage and wellness services for relaxation and general well-being.
Appointments & Cancellations
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next guest's appointment time
- No-shows and late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
Health & Safety
For your safety, please inform your therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy before your session begins. You may ask your therapist to adjust the pressure or stop the session at any time. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if we believe a treatment is not appropriate or safe.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Please present your gift card at the time of your visit.
Conduct
We are committed to providing a professional, respectful environment for all guests and staff. Inappropriate behavior of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
